We are delighted to offer a customized experience tailored to your preferences, and we welcome outside catering and decor that meet our company's standards. Beware of bugs and insects due to the property's location
CCTV cameras monitor external areas for security.
The caretaker resides on the property.

Insect Awareness:

Guests are advised to remain cautious due to insects, especially during the monsoon season.

Alcohol:

Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. No food/drinks near the pool.

Pool and Amenities:

Supervise children in and around the pool.

Guests who are not checked-in or registered as guests of Emerald Leaf Villas are not allowed to sleep or stay overnight in the villa.

Smoking & Hookah:

Smoking within the villa premises is not allowed. Use designated outdoor smoking area.
Smoking and Hookah are not allowed inside villas.

Guest Responsibilities:

Guests are responsible for personal belongings and valuables.
Acts or omissions affecting property's insurance or causing loss/damage are the guest's responsibility and additional charges will apply for damages.

Check in : 2pm (Early check-in available with fee, subject to availability).

While we are more than happy to assist you in discovering local restaurants, please note that these establishments do not offer delivery to our villa; instead, pickups are necessary, and dining options in the vicinity are limited. Should you require assistance in arranging your dining experiences, please do not hesitate to contact our team and they will be happy to provide you with names and address of local restaurants. Your comfort and satisfaction are of paramount importance to us, and we are dedicated to ensuring a delightful stay for all our guests.
